Glaser-Himmelstoss is a multi-generational, family-owned VDP estate in Franken, formed through the merger of the Glaser and Himmelstoss wineries in Nordheim and Dettelbach. Wolfgang and Monika Glaser run the business with their daughter Julia, maintaining a hands-on, craft-led approach in which each wine is intended to express the estate’s signature. Production is based in Nordheim, while the family also operates visitor wine shops in both towns. The vineyards are associated with shell-limestone soils. The estate participates in Wine in Moderation, supporting responsible and moderate wine consumption.
