Fattori is a family-owned estate in Veneto’s volcanic hills, owned by the Fattori family for over a century and run by third-generation winemaker Antonio Fattori with his brother Giovanni. Its vineyards lie in Soave, Lessini Durello and Valpolicella, on basaltic and limestone-rich soils at elevations reaching 450 metres. The estate is organically certified and practices sustainable, hillside farming, with many parcels managed organically or with minimal intervention. Antonio leads the winemaking team, producing predominantly white wines that express the character of these high-altitude volcanic sites, alongside a smaller range of reds from Valpolicella.
