Emiliana is a family-owned Chilean winery based in Aconcagua, with vineyards extending across several of the country’s major regions. Majority owned by the Guilisasti family, it separated from Concha y Toro in 1987, which retains a minority stake. Emiliana transitioned to organic farming in 1998 and holds organic, Demeter biodynamic, Regenerative Organic, Fair Trade, B Corp and ISO 14000 certifications. Its vineyards use permanent cover crops and preserve forested areas to support biodiversity, water retention and erosion control, while remaining land is being transitioned to organic farming. Winemaking is led by Noelia Orts, with José Guilisasti Gana and Álvaro Espinoza also contributing.
