Els Vinyerons is a natural wine project based in Sant Martí Sarroca in Penedès, run by winegrowers and winemakers Amós Bañeres and Alex. Working with vineyards across the region, they focus on local varieties, especially Xarel·lo, and old vines selected for their ability to express variety, land and landscape. Farming is ecological and organic in practice, with manual harvests and a chemicals-free approach from vineyard to bottle. In the cellar, their philosophy is minimal intervention: spontaneous fermentations, no enological products, and no added sulfites according to the notes provided. Their wines aim to let nature speak clearly, with character shaped by site, balance and ecosystem health.
