Domaine Sorin-Defrance is a family-run Burgundy estate in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, with a winemaking tradition transmitted through 17 generations since 1577. Today, Maude and Sébastien Sorin manage the domaine, continuing the techniques passed down through their family while applying careful attention to vineyard cultivation. The vines are fully mulched to help limit soil erosion, water evaporation, and weed growth. Winemaking is traditional, with ageing in oak barrels or stainless-steel tanks according to the appellation. The domaine produces wines including Saint-Bris, Bourgogne Aligoté, Côte d’Auxerre Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and Chablis 1er Cru Montmains.
