Domaine Laurent Mouton is a four-generation family estate in Givry, Burgundy’s Côte Chalonnaise, now led by Laurent Mouton, who joined the domaine in 2002. The family cultivates vineyards in the Bourgogne, Givry and Givry Premier Cru appellations, following lutte raisonnée practices with minimal chemical use, regular plowing, controlled yields, hand-harvesting and careful sorting. Production emphasizes rigor and hygiene, temperature-controlled vinification and judicious use of oak during ageing. The domaine began bottling under its own label in 1976 and combines respect for tradition with creativity, humility, passion and energy.
