Domaine Benoit Ente is a family-owned estate in Puligny-Montrachet, Burgundy, with vineyards inherited from Benoit Ente’s grandparents. Benoit and his aunt took over the domaine in 1990, and since her retirement in 2013 he has been the sole manager and winemaker. The estate farms its parcels with organic and conscientious viticulture, avoiding chemical fertilizers and herbicides while pursuing formal organic certification. Production is deliberately limited to preserve vine balance and fruit quality, with the same exacting approach applied from regional appellations to premier crus. The wines are vinified on site in small oak vessels and aged for about 18 months before bottling.
