Collovray & Terrier is a family-run Burgundy estate in the Mâconnais, founded by Jean-Luc Terrier and Christian Collovray and now joined by the next generation, Julien Collavray and Pierre-Alexis Terrier. Working parcels in Saint-Véran, Mâcon and nearby sites on limestone-clay soils, the domaine emphasizes sustainable farming with HVE level 3 certification, herbicide-free viticulture, grassed rows and natural fertilisation. The notes also mention EU organic certification from 2018. Winemaking is led by the family, with a focus on careful vineyard work and environmentally minded practices.
