Cave Verdier Logel

France

Cave Verdier Logel is a family-owned estate in the Côtes du Forez, founded by Jacky Logel in 1992 and run with Odile Verdier, with the next generation now involved. The 18-hectare domaine has been certified organic since 2000, reflecting a commitment to respecting the environment and soils. Manual harvesting allows careful selection of grapes in the vineyard and cellar. The wines express the appellation’s volcanic basalt and granite terroirs, with Gamay at the centre of the range, alongside white and red varieties for IGP Urfé and Vin de France. Its Côtes du Forez cuvées include distinct granite- and basalt-grown wines, made in-house by the family.
