Cantina Filippi is a family-run estate in Castelcerino, in Veneto’s Soave area, where the Filippi family has grown vines since the early 1900s and established the winery in 2003. Led by Filippo Filippi, the estate farms high-altitude vineyards around 400 meters on basalt volcanic soils, including old Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave vines. The vineyards are certified organic since 2007 and managed with a biodynamic philosophy. In the cellar, Filippi follows a low-intervention approach with hand-harvesting, indigenous yeasts, extended lees contact, and minimal sulfite use, producing natural-minded white and red wines.
