Bernard Metrat is a small, family-owned Beaujolais producer crafting refined, estate-bottled Gamay from Fleurie, Chiroubles and Morgon. Its old-vine parcels are planted on granite soils, with wines made to express their individual terroirs through low-intervention, semi-carbonic maceration. Sustainable practices are emphasized, reflected by the Green Wine label indicating sustainable, organic and/or biodynamic farming.
