Yvon Métras is an iconic, family-owned Beaujolais estate based in Fleurie. Founded and long run by Yvon Métras, the domaine is now managed increasingly by his son Jules, who also makes wines under his own label from high-elevation parcels. The estate has moved from industrial viticulture toward natural farming and low-intervention winemaking, with no formal sustainability certifications noted. Its wines are produced in very limited quantities and are exceptionally rare, drawing on a broad network of vineyard sources while retaining an artisanal, family-led identity. Yvon and Jules Métras are credited as the winemaking team.
