Gloria

Family-owned Vigneti Reale has roots in Salento dating to 1921 and was revived in the early 2000s by brothers Amedeo and Damiano Reale. Based in Cellino San Marco, southern Puglia, the estate is planted mainly to vineyards, with olive groves also present, in a historically important viticultural area associated with Magna Graecia. The family grows regional varieties including Negroamaro, Primitivo, Malvasia, Susumaniello and Verdeca, alongside Chardonnay and other international grapes. Maritime breezes, well-drained sandy-loamy soils and careful vineyard management shape the fruit, while the nearby winery uses modern temperature-controlled technology to make clean, elegant wines. Its range combines fresh, fruity expressions of Salento with more structured DOP wines aged in French oak, including Santa Croce Salice Salentino Riserva and Gloria Primitivo di Manduria.
