Seguin-Manuel is a family-run Burgundy estate based in Savigny-lès-Beaune, owned and operated by winemaker Thibaut Marion since his acquisition of the domaine in 2004. Its vineyards extend across Savigny-lès-Beaune, Beaune, Puligny-Montrachet, Pommard, Meursault and Vosne-Romanée, alongside a modest négociant activity. The vineyards have been farmed organically since 2012, with organic and biodynamic certifications. Ploughing replaces herbicides, while hand-harvesting, sorting, limited de-stemming and pneumatic pressing reflect a careful, hands-on approach. Whites are fermented and matured in older wood barrels.
