Schubert Wines is a boutique Martinborough producer in New Zealand’s Wairarapa, focused on Pinot Noir. Founded, owned, and operated by Kai Schubert and Marion Deimling, the winery reflects their formal training at Germany’s Geisenheim University. Kai gained experience working with winemaker Erni Loosen, while Marion grew up among vines at Lake Constance and worked in Baden wineries. Their hands-on background and focused regional approach define the estate’s artisanal character.
