France

Santini is a small Burgundy négociant owned and run by French-American winemaker Chris Santini, based in Auxey-Duresses and operating from Beaune. Since 2016, Chris has focused on natural, fruit-forward, vin-de-soif wines made with native-yeast fermentations and bottled unfiltered. The cellar sources grapes from a broad area stretching from Beaujolais to Champlitte, giving the range a wider regional scope than a single-estate domaine. Santini also stands out for its collaborative spirit through the Auxey/Santini Collective, which supports fellow producers including Vin Noé and Domaine Dandelion.
