Tinta Rosa

Rosa Zarza is a very small, vertically integrated producer in Toro DO, Castilla y León, working with its own vines planted in 1895. Rosa Zarza herself is the sole enologist and winemaker, operating under the Bodegas Pandora label. The wines are made from 100% Tinta de Toro and aged in French oak. Farming follows organic guidelines without formal certification, using sustainable methods intended to respect nature and the terroir. Production is highly limited, reinforcing the boutique, hands-on character of the operation.
