Rocche della Sala is a family-run estate in western Sicily, between Salaparuta and Partanna in the Belice Valley, near the Selinunte Archaeological Park. The farm follows organic principles in its vineyards and olive groves, using practices including crop rotation, natural fertilization, biological pest control and reduced soil disturbance, supported by the area’s sunny, breezy climate. It grows Sicilian varieties such as Grillo, Zibibbo and Nero d’Avola alongside Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The estate also produces organic wines and cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil from Nocellara del Belice, reflecting the region’s agricultural traditions and focus on environmentally respectful production.
