Bodegas Ramón Bilbao is a Rioja producer owned by Zamora Drinks Group since 1999, having previously been family-owned. Under managing, technical director and chief winemaker Rodolfo Bastida, the winery combines precision viticulture with a climate-change adaptation plan and sustainable farming. It holds Wineries for Climate Protection certification and produces an organic line from certified ecological vineyards, including sites in Monte Yerga and Rueda. Its wines reflect a broad sourcing network alongside estate vineyards, with Bastida and Sara Bañuelos among the people shaping the producer’s work and style.
