Proelio is a Rioja winery owned by Palacios Vinos de Finca, with Javier Palacios as principal owner. Its vineyards are fully certified organic, highlighting a clear commitment to sustainable farming. Winemaking is led day to day by Raúl Tamayo, with advice from Italian winemaker Alberto Antonini. The project includes the La Esperilla vineyard for its red wines, and production takes place in dedicated facilities connected to Nivarius by an underground gallery. Overall, Proelio combines organic viticulture with a focused Rioja red-wine project under the direction of an experienced team.
