Domaine Vadé is an independent, family-owned estate in the Loire Valley, run by the Vadé family for three generations and led by Pierre-Adrien Vadé, who took over in 2014. Its vineyards lie between the Loire and Thouet rivers on argilo-calcareous soils rich in tuffeau. Certified organic farming and a low-intervention approach shape the estate’s work, with wines made primarily in stainless steel and occasional use of amphorae, concrete eggs, and oak. Focused on Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc, Domaine Vadé produces supple, fruity, precise wines with a distinctly Saumuroise character, all under protected appellations.
