Pascal & Nicolas Reverdy is a family-run domaine in Maimbray, Sancerre, founded in 1985 and overseen by Pascal Reverdy, his wife Nathalie, and Sophie, Nicolas’s widow. Pascal is the sole winemaker. The estate farms Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils, with some Portlandian limestone. Vineyard work follows largely organic, sustainable “lutte raisonnée” principles, including cover crops, canopy management, green harvesting, and extensive manual work. Low yields, hand-harvesting, and meticulous sorting reflect a careful, low-intervention approach to producing Sancerre wines.
