Michel Redde et Fils is a family-owned estate in the Centre-Loire, now in its 13th generation. Based at La Moynerie, the domaine focuses on Pouilly-Fumé AOC wines, with Thierry Redde and his sons Sébastien and Romain leading the estate alongside founder Michel Redde. Sustainable viticulture combines controlled organic inputs, low yields, careful soil management and manual harvesting. In the cellar, the family follows a non-interventionist winemaking approach, allowing the wines to express their origin with minimal handling.
