Maurice Gavignet is a fourth-generation family estate in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy, founded in 1920. Directed by Arnaud Gavignet, it farms about 10 hectares across 21 appellations from Gevrey-Chambertin to Santenay. Production is modest, at 50,000–150,000 bottles annually. Viticulture follows a 'culture raisonnée' approach with manual harvesting and organic practices, labeled ONC (Organic Not Certified). The domaine has expanded its holdings over generations and is open for tastings.
