Le Paradou is a boutique wine project in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, founded and run by brothers Alexandre and Frédéric Chaudière, who also manage Château Pesquié in Ventoux. Its vineyards include young vines in Ventoux and fruit from a small network of Rhône Valley growers, planted on poor clay-limestone and sandy soils at around 200 metres. Farming follows Terra Vitis integrated standards and is described as sustainable, with a goal of organic certification by 2025. The brothers favour minimalist winemaking: hand-harvested grapes, stainless-steel or concrete vats, short cold maceration for Rolle, and tank ageing for Grenache, with no oak influence.
