Domaine Étienne Bodet is a family-run estate in Saumur, Loire, led by Étienne Bodet and his wife Kim Herold, continuing a five-generation family tradition. The domaine focuses on Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc, with Étienne as principal winemaker and Kim closely involved. Vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically, using only copper and sulfur treatments alongside biodynamic preparations. The sparkling wines are already certified organic, with full certification planned for 2026. The wines reflect an independent, hands-on approach rooted in family ownership and careful, low-intervention farming.
