Domaine Le Guellec-Ducouet

France

Domaine Le Guellec-Ducouet is a family estate in Brochon, Burgundy, founded in 2018 by Michaël Le Guellec and Arnaud Ducouet on Le Guellec family vineyards held since 1920, with some vines dating from around 1930. Run by two friends who left previous careers to restore vitality to the estate, the domaine is certified High Environmental Value (HVE) and emphasizes respect for vine cycles, soils, and the wider environment. Winemaking, led by Michaël Le Guellec with support from Arnaud Ducouet and consultant Pierre Millemann, follows a low-intervention approach that lets the cuvées develop naturally. The wines are described as typical of Gevrey-Chambertin and the Côte de Brochon: fine, structured, and powerful.
