Domaine La Borderie is a family-run Champagne estate in the Côte des Bar, founded by Odile and Jean-Louis Normand and run since 2013 by siblings Marie and Simon Normand. Their approach is rooted in careful parcel selection and a strong focus on terroir and micro-terroir, aiming to express the identity of each site. Farming is highly sustainability-minded, with High Environmental Value and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne certifications, no herbicides or insecticides, and broad biodiversity work including cover crops, hedges, orchard plantings, beehives, and bird and bat boxes. Marie and Simon both serve as winemakers and also welcome visitors at the estate.
