Chablis

Domaine Gilbert Picq et Fils is a family-run estate in Chichée, Chablis, Burgundy, managed by brothers Didier and Pascal Picq, with sister Marilyn and Pascal’s daughter Tiphanie also involved. The domaine farms limestone soils using a lutte raisonnée approach with organic principles, limited fungicide use, low yields and minimal sulphur, while working toward organic certification. Didier’s winemaking uses indigenous yeasts, stainless-steel fermentation and ageing, no oak and no fining, producing wines shaped by a restrained, transparent style.
