Domaine Duplessis, also known as Domaine Gérard Duplessis, is a long-established family estate in Chablis, Burgundy, now run by Lilian Duplessis, the son of the previous generation. The domaine has farmed organically since 2007, was certified in 2013, and also applies biodynamic practices. Its approach emphasizes sustainable viticulture, including mechanical weeding, natural grass cover, and limited sulfur and copper treatments. In the cellar, Lilian Duplessis works with indigenous yeasts, mainly tank fermentations, careful oak use for certain cuvées, low sulfur, and natural cork. Across Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru, and Grand Cru sites, the wines are noted for expressing parcel differences, salinity, and mineral character.
