Domaine Didon is a family-owned estate founded in 2017 by Naïma and David Didon in Chassey-le-Camp, Côte Chalonnaise, Burgundy. The couple are both owners and winemakers, farming their Vignes Blanches vineyard by hand with occasional horse assistance and without heavy machinery. The domaine follows biodynamic principles and a low-intervention approach in the cellar, with élevage in amphora, fiberglass, or oak and bottling with minimal sulfite. Alongside their estate wines, they also produce limited négoce bottlings from fruit sourced through a friendly Alsace family.
