Domaine des Richards is a family-run, ancestral estate in the Rhône Valley, with vineyards in Beaumes-de-Venise, Vacqueyras and Violès. The domaine farms its vines with respect for the terroir and environment, including old vines on the ancient pebbles of the Plan de Dieu plateau, shaped by the Mistral. Its range includes Côtes du Rhône, Gigondas and Muscat. Gigondas is grown on limestone terraces at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, producing wines noted for finesse and elegance, while the Muscat benefits from a south-facing slope. Tastings take place in a 17th-century former coaching inn, partly carved into the rock—an evocative setting reflecting the estate’s long history.
