Domaine de Vedilhan

France

Domaine de Védilhan is a historic Languedoc estate near Narbonne, operated by the sixth-generation Fayet family, whose connection with the property dates to 1824. Its clay-limestone vineyards benefit from Mediterranean and Montagne Noire influences, with the northern wind helping maintain vineyard health and freshness. The estate combines long family experience with modern cellar investments and a focus on biodiversity, including a hedge-planting programme launched in 2020. HVE 3 certification supports its sustainability credentials, with a small Fairtrade component also noted. The vineyards and cellars are owned by the Boutinot group, while the Boutinot France Winemaking Team has worked with the Fayet family since 1999. Wines are produced primarily under IGP Pays d’Oc, with a notable emphasis on whites.
