Domaine Confuron-Gindre is a six-generation, family-run estate in Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits, owned by François Confuron-Gindre, with his son Edouard increasingly managing day-to-day operations. The domaine farms approximately 11 hectares, including old Pinot Noir vines, and produces village wines, four Vosne-Romanée Premier Crus and the Grand Cru Échezeaux. Its vineyards are ploughed without herbicides, with an emphasis on biodiversity and deep root development. The Nuits-Saint-Georges cuvée comes from four plots totaling 1.34 hectares, with vines aged from 15 to 80 years. No organic or biodynamic certification is stated.
