Founded in 2005 by oenologist Clotilde Davenne, this family-run independent estate is based in Préhy, Chablis, where Davenne has been the winemaker since 1989. The domaine farms vineyards in Saint-Bris, Chablis and Irancy using organic-style, non-certified practices: all grapes are hand-harvested, synthetic chemicals are avoided, and grass cover and ploughing help protect the soils. Its wines are made in stainless steel without oak, with systematic malolactic fermentation, expressing a clear, region-focused style across several appellations.
