Clos d'Audhuy is a family estate in the western Cahors AOC, owned and directed since 2014 by third-generation winemaker Benoit Aymard. Its limestone vineyards include 60-year-old Malbec vines and a block of rare Ségalin. Certified organic and biodynamic, the estate hand-harvests and carries out careful manual vineyard work, using native yeasts, limited oenological products, low sulfur, and gravity-flow winemaking. These practices reflect a low-intervention approach focused on expressing the vineyard and producing natural-style Cahors wines.
