Château Tour Saint-Fort is a historic Cru Bourgeois estate in Leyssac, Saint-Estèphe, Bordeaux, producing red and rosé wines. Known previously as Maison Cazeaux, Château Pineau and Cru Tour Pineau, the property retains a late-19th-century vat house and surrounding wall. Acquired by Hong Kong company Long Faith International in 2016, it subsequently modernized its vat house and redesigned its ageing cellar. Vineyard management emphasizes terroir, fruit quality and environmental stewardship, with HEV3 certification, reduced pesticide use and renewed soil work. The vineyard lies mainly on clay over Saint-Estèphe limestone, with additional gravelly soils, and its older vines are harvested and vinified parcel by parcel. Winemaking combines cold pre-fermentation maceration, temperature-controlled fermentation and extended maceration, followed by at least 12 months in barrel, with new oak limited to 40%. The estate also produces Baron d’Estours as a second wine.
