Founded in 1936, Cesari is a historic Valpolicella producer in Veneto, family-led by the Cesàri family under the Caviro Group since 2014. Its heart lies between Fumane in Valpolicella Classica and Cavaion Veronese, with vineyards extending into Valpolicella and the southern shores of Lake Garda. The estate emphasizes sustainability and holds environmental, food safety, and workplace certifications. Stylistically, Cesari balances tradition and innovation through its “Anima Contemporanea” philosophy, aiming to express the territory authentically while giving classic Valpolicella wines a contemporary edge. Amarone is central to the house, especially the Bosan wines from a single vineyard in Marano di Valpolicella, where terraced pergola-trained vines on volcanic-calcareous soils produce dynamic, elegant, ageworthy wines.
