Founded by Francesco Minini in 1920, Cantine Minini is a family-owned winery based in Verolanuova, Brescia. The company works with wines from several Italian regions, including Veneto, Tuscany, Abruzzo, Campania, Puglia, and Sicily, combining relationships with growers and modern winemaking technology. Its Sicilian estate occupies a restored historic baglio with vineyards at around 400 metres above sea level. The winery has developed a strong international presence and offers a broad portfolio, including the Mea Culpa project, which emphasizes Southern Italian grapes, balance, elegance, and discreet oak. Cantine Minini publishes a sustainability report and ethical code, holds BRC/IFS and Equalitas certifications, and is pursuing reductions in water, energy, emissions, and waste.
