Cantina Fratelli Novara is a small, family-run winery in Cisterna d’Asti, Piedmont, situated among the hills between Monferrato and Roero. The Novara family works six hectares of vineyards, applying carefully targeted and limited treatments to maintain vine health. Giuseppe Novara and his sons Antonello and Riccardo personally oversee every stage, from work in the vineyards through vinification and bottling. Their approach combines respect for traditional winemaking with a spirit of innovation, expressing the character of local soils, climate and native Piedmontese varieties. The family’s history in grape growing reaches back generations, and their wines are presented as sincere, direct expressions of the family and its passion for its grapes.
