Asolo Prosecco Superiore

Borgo San Pietro is a Danish-owned and operated estate in Veneto, founded by Jeanette and Claus Thottrup. Its vineyards, established in 2014, focus on Sangiovese and other varieties, with viticulture overseen by agronomist Dr. Giacomo Buffetti. The estate follows an organic, biodynamic and self-sustainable “circular bio-autonomy” model, reflecting an integrated approach to farming. Wines are produced under Borgo Santo Pietro Società Agricola srl.
