Bodegas Pinuaga is a family-owned winery in Castilla-La Mancha, founded in the 1960s and now run by Valentin and Esther Pinuaga. Its vineyards lie at 750–800 metres altitude, including Grenache and old Tempranillo, and have been certified organic since 2010. The estate follows organic, low-intervention farming and winemaking, using indigenous yeasts and gravity-flow stainless-steel vats. The winery is also certified vegan and woman-owned, with Esther and Valentin leading the winemaking. Its wines reflect a hands-on family approach and include the limited-production 200 CEPAS cuvée.
