Angels & Cowboys is a Sonoma County label launched in 2014 by Yoav Gilat, founder of Cannonball Wines, in collaboration with graphic designer Michael Schwab. Operating under Share A Splash Wine Co., it produces handcrafted proprietary blends sourced from vineyards in Carneros, Russian River Valley, and Dry Creek Valley. The range is led by Zinfandel-based red blends, alongside rosé, sparkling wine, and Sauvignon Blanc. Head winemaker Ondine Chattan oversees the portfolio, using cold soak, early pressing, extended maceration, and six to ten months in French oak to build elegance without dominant wood influence. The brand also highlights social-impact programs, though no formal sustainability certifications are noted.
