Vinden Wines is a Hunter Valley producer based in Pokolbin, New South Wales, crafting wines under the direction of Angus Vinden, with some made in collaboration with Daniel Binet. The range focuses on single-vineyard expressions from sites including the historic Somerset Vineyard, Vinden Vineyard and Stoney Broke Vineyard. Winemaking follows traditional, hands-on methods such as wild fermentation in open concrete fermenters, hand plunging, basket pressing and maturation in large-format French oak. The producer also emphasizes minimal sulfite addition across its range.
