Ventisei is a Tuscany-based producer founded by the child of Virginie Saverys of Avignonesi, inspired by her work and team in Montepulciano. The project began when the founder, aged 26, opened Avini wine bar in Antwerp and developed an original blend during a session at Avignonesi. Ventisei makes wines from organic grapes, without stating a specific certification, and focuses on expressing vineyard character. Ventisei Rosso is fermented in stainless-steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, while Ventisei Nobile undergoes spontaneous fermentation and plot-specific aging. The winery’s office is in Antwerp, while its wines are produced from Tuscan vineyards.
