Trinité Estate is a hillside vineyard in Chalk Hill, Sonoma County, owned and operated by Gonzague and Claire Lurton, fourth-generation winemakers from Bordeaux. The estate farms sloping volcanic soils organically, with an agroecological focus on living soils and cover crops that help retain morning dew. Irrigation is limited to once or twice a year, using water from onsite ponds. The Lurtons describe the approach as organic and biodynamic, although no formal certification is specified. Its wines reflect a farming-focused estate shaped by the family’s multigenerational winemaking background.
