Szóló is a family-owned producer in Tokaj run by Tímea Éless and her husband. The estate began with a 0.3 ha vineyard inherited from Tímea’s grandfather, later expanded with surrounding plots. Farming is certified organic, with biodynamic and sustainable methods focused on vine vitality and biodiversity. For Tokaj Dolce 2021, Szóló works with fruit from two 60-year-old parcels on red clay and rhyolite tuff soils. The wine is a blend of 70% Furmint and 30% Hárslevelű, fermented and aged for 20 months in used Hungarian oak barrels.
