Valpolicella

Marion Borgo is a family-run estate in Veneto operated by Stefano and Nicoletta Campedelli. The winery follows a low-intervention approach, fully destemming grapes and co-fermenting them in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks before aging in 30-hectolitre Slavonian oak barrels. Its Valpolicella Borgo is made without appassimento, while the Teroldego blend undergoes limited drying. The wines reflect a hands-on, traditional approach focused on batch fermentation and restrained oak maturation. No sustainability certifications or specific farming practices are disclosed.
