Château Saint-Didier-Parnac is a family-owned Cahors estate in Southwest France, acquired by Hervé Joyaux Fabre, Diane Joyaux and their associates in 2015. Fabre, who pioneered premium Malbec in Argentina, brings an international perspective to the property while emphasizing Cahors’ heritage and diverse terroirs. The estate’s fluvial valley vineyards include three terrace levels, and its wines are centered on an 80% Malbec and 20% Merlot blend. Château Saint-Didier also serves as the winemaking and ageing site for the group’s other estates and brands, including Château de Grézels, Prieuré de Cénac and Latis. The group’s philosophy is to express the range of Cahors soils, producing wines from approachable to complex styles. Its wines have received repeated recognition from major critics and competitions.
