Fuligni is a historic, family-owned estate in Montalcino, Tuscany, founded in 1923. The property spans about 100 hectares, with roughly 14 hectares of vineyards situated in the classic northeastern hills, including the I Cottimelli parcel at 380–450 meters altitude. Vines average 15 years old, with some plots over 40 years old planted to old estate Sangiovese clones. The estate is owned by Maria Flora Fuligni and co-owned/managed with her nephew Roberto Guerrini Fuligni. Winemaking is led by Roberto alongside noted oenologist Paolo Vagaggini. Viticulture is conventional with hand-harvesting and low yields, though one note mentions recent organic certification. Annual production ranges from approximately 30,000 to 60,000 bottles. The estate includes historic cellars beneath an 18th-century palazzo and a restored 16th-century convent, and is recognized as a top producer of Brunello di Montalcino.
